is a mobile wood fired pizza caterer based in San Diego, CA and serving Southern California including Riverside and Orange County. We bring our Italian wood fired pizza oven to your event. We prepare and bake delicious pizzas onsite and provide you and your guests a unique experience.

We arrive with our wood-fired pizza oven trailer 2 hours before serving to prepare ingredients and heat the oven. We set up tables with linens, plates, napkins, and utensils. During the 90-minute serving window, we bake and serve 4 types of craft pizzas from our catering menu. We continuously monitor and replenish the serving table with fresh pizzas, cooked in under 2 minutes in our 800-degree oven, which can handle multiple pizzas at once.

• We only use the highest quality ingredients • Neapolitan dough is prepared from scratch couple days prior to your event and fermented over several days to provide a light crust with maximum flavors

· $17 per person for wood fired pizza (min charge 50 people) · $5 per person for each type of appetizer

Catering orders canceled less than 10 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total invoice. Cancellations within 5 days will be charged 80%, and those canceled the day before or on the event day will be charged 100%. Charges cover unused food, labor, rentals, and lost opportunities. Guest count and ordered items can be updated up to 30 days before the event, with no changes allowed after that.
