If you don't know what wood fired pizza is you'd think it's burnt. It's not Dominos pizza it's artisan pizza cooked in high temperature oven with that perfect char. We met them at the Holiday Market at Petco Park and they were a well oiled machine. The entire staff looked super happy and their customer service was top notch! Can't wait to try again! Big Oven Pizza catered my daughter’s wedding at Orfila Winery. They did an absolutely amazing job with their catering service. The staff were super professional and the pizza truck was very clean. The pizzas were cooked fresh on site and served hot. They were always keeping an eye on the buffet table and when pizza is out another freshly baked one is cooked and served hot super quickly. All the guests were raving about the delicious food and awesome service.
